The Art of 

At Hansik Heritage, our journey didn’t begin in a modern kitchen, but in a small earthen cellar in 1960. Our foundation is built on 'Jang'—the fermented soul of Korean cuisine. Every batch of our signature Ganjang (soy sauce) and Gochujang (chili paste) is aged in Onggi jars, some of which have been breathing for over half a century.

We don't believe in shortcuts. We believe that flavor is a conversation between the seasons and the stone. By honoring the ancient methods of our founder, we bring the true depth of Seoul’s culinary history to your table, refined for the modern palate.
